- APA PFeb 4, 20261.0Ordered delivery and live roughly 1 mile away. Tipped in advance (more than 20% even given the short distance). The delivery driver showed up over 30 mins late compared to the “tracker” information, then proceeded to sit out front of my house beeping the horn periodically for 10 mins. Not only is this pathetically lazy, but how am I supposed to understand that the rude person paying on my horn is the Papa John’s delivery driver expecting me to walk out and grab my pizza? I only found out it was my pizza because the lady decided to literally toss my boxes and wings into the one spot of my stoop that actually had snow on it. On top of a horrible driver, the pizza order was incorrect and I was missing 2 wing sauces that I paid $1 each extra for. I contacted the store but was not directed to the manager. I contacted corporate and they supposedly filed a complaint. Would give -0- starts if possible. Pathetic.

When I got my food that's when I found out that the store didn't have the pop. The only thing that was good was the cheesesticks. Not ordering from here again. Also the cheese on the pizza was burnt. And hate that it was delivered by Doordash instead of an employee of Papa John's. This place has gone down hill big time. The prices are unreal.
