Went in right as lunch started. Drive throguh wasn't busy but they still made me pull around and park. I asked for a plain quarter pounder. After waiting for 10 mins they brought me a quarter pounder with cheese. After tell them it was wrong they came back after 5 minutes with someone else's order completely. I went inside and asked for a manager who gave me a disgusted look. After 3 tries and 20 mins of waiting I finally got my simple order done. The burger I did recieve was absolute crap and looked like jt came out the waste bin. Don't waste your time here, no one from the employees to the owners have any interest in being a decent place and we can not continue to allow them to be this disrespectful to the community.

Terrible system at this location. They make all cars pull forward and wait for someone to bring the order curbside, even if there's no cars behind you in line. BUT when there's several cars, people are parked and nearly hitting one another, while carriers are bringing out bags, going car to car until they get the right order to the right place. This system puts employees in unnecessary danger of being hit by cars, and causes unnecessary stress to drivers trying to navigate the circus. When you finally do get your order, often times it's not correct, but you'd have to go through a bunch of trouble to get it fixed, and staff is not friendly. Not going back, this was our last try.

This store sucks! There is always an issue when I come here. Burnt muffins, wrong drinks, always being asked to pull forward and wait, issues with mobile rewards codes. This store really needs to get it together. I know it's just McDonald's but they could do SO much better.

This McDonald’s has a uniquely bad habit that I’ve never seen at another fast food place. I Assume this practice is to keep their drive-through numbers artificially high, But they will always make you pull out of the drive-through and go to a drive-through spot to wait for your food. It’s definitely not to get fresh fries because the person bringing your food out never knows what your meal actually is and your food is always cold. Regardless of how many people are behind you because the most recent one and my last visit to this place, literally no one was behind me. It’s just to keep the numbers up. The worst part is after they take the time to move you now you wait 10 minutes for your food. I’m actually of a mind to report it to corporate Because they think they’re slick.
