I placed an online order and I called in the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude ! She had no type of customer service skills what so ever I told her I was calling about my order she states what about it ! I told her that I needed to modify the order she then states I will let them know then hung up the phone! Not is there anything else I can help you with no nothing ! I asked for her manager she states her manager is busy right now.. I will be filing a higher complaint with cooperate.

The girl was constantly missing from the station an the lack of staff was a real bummer. Why wasnt there another manager or food runners on shift to help pack up the food.

Even a quick “someone will be right with you” would have sufficed, but I was completely ignored. I finally got my order only to get home and find half of it is missing. Really ridiculous waste of money. Don’t bother getting takeout here, they can’t bother to help you in a timely fashion or make sure your order is right.
