  My boyfriend and I have been coming to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Euclid for several months now, and Malcolm is truly the reason we keep coming back. He is, without a doubt, one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Malcolm has taken the time to get to know us. He remembers our drinks, knows where we like to sit, and always greets us with a friendly and welcoming attitude — which is especially appreciated after a long day. His personality is warm, professional, and genuine. He is always prompt with our food, attentive without being overbearing, and consistently checks in to make sure everything is perfect. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a positive experience every single visit. Management should know that Malcolm is a true asset to Buffalo Wild Wings. Employees like him are what keep customers returning again and again.

  Didn’t even wanna give this place a star ! I have never experienced this type of customer service in my life ! I placed an online order and I called in the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude ! She had no type of customer service skills what so ever I told her I was calling about my order she states what about it ! I told her that I needed to modify the order she then states I will let them know then hung up the phone! Not is there anything else I can help you with no nothing ! I asked for her manager she states her manager is busy right now.. I will be filing a higher complaint with cooperate.

  Good was good and of course the atmosphere for sports fans is always great but our waitress took our order and didn't see her again for 30 minutes until she brought appetizer and dinner out at and time.

  This is my worst take out experience my order was to be done at 820pm an I got there an left because it wasnt done or the worker wasnt caught up then I came back at 9pm an things were missing an cold. The girl was constantly missing from the station an the lack of staff was a real bummer. Why wasnt there another manager or food runners on shift to help pack up the food.

  I stood waiting at the to-go stand for what felt like forever during my pickup time and no employees would even make eye contact with me or come over at all. Even a quick “someone will be right with you” would have sufficed, but I was completely ignored. I finally got my order only to get home and find half of it is missing. Really ridiculous waste of money. Don’t bother getting takeout here, they can’t bother to help you in a timely fashion or make sure your order is right.
