They offered us coupons, which we picked up, and used again this time, but the employees were hesitant to accept it. This time, they left out an item we'd paid an upcharge for. Both times, the wings were not sauced all the way and had bare spots. Also, upon placing the order over the phone, and picking up the order, employees were quite rude. I wouldn't mind if they were neutral or just mildly polite, but they were blatantly rude. We will not plan to order from this location again--we will try out the Mentor location instead.

People make mistakes, and I know I am not right around the corner, but I was hoping to give it another shot. I placed my order at 6:40. I received a text that the order was placed and expected to arrive at 7:05. Then, at 7:50, on the tracker I see it has changed to 8:15. After contacting my dasher, I am told my order was given away to someone else. My order was canceled and now it is 8:30 and I have no dinner. This is the last time I give this location a chance.
