It took over an hour to get our food. It took at least 30mim to get our drinks. Service was exceptionally slow and the server mixed up orders on our receipts.

- CPConcerned PatronDec 11, 20253.0I had dined in with a couple of friends. The drinks were decent and the server was on top of it! My big issue is that we ended up having to get a couple tacos remade because they came out wrong. It happens, we weren’t too upset, but after our server had told us that the manager was on it and getting them remade it took forever! Eventually, the manager (Amanda if memory serves) came to talk to us about the delay on the new tacos being made and she seemed rather uninterested in resolving our problem. The server stayed fully attentive during this time, but it seems like Amanda was causing more problems than she was fixing. At the end of it all, we canceled the remade tacos because we had wrapped up eating and shared tacos with the person who was waiting for them. And the server kept saying she needed to get her manager really quick to help adjust the bill, but the manager was giving her the runaround with it all. Again, our server was very helpful and attentive and the drinks were great, but the manager rubbed me the wrong way and didn’t really help get the food issue resolved.
