When I received my drink, it had a strange taste, so I went back and asked if it could be remade. They handed it back after simply adding more milk, and the taste was still off. At that point, I just accepted the drink, but the quality and service were disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location or referring anyone to come.

The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. Jasmine the lovely lady with the vibrant pink hair, is always a pleasure to see. She makes the best drink combos! She made me a specialty drink which was an iced chai latte with caramel syrup and whipped cream. That was the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life! I would totally recommend coming to 7 brew in Willoughby there’s no place like it!

Jae handed me my drink and she was very lovely. recommend this place to anyone who wants a good drink and to talk to someone about their day. walk up or drive through are great for a good conversation.

Very pleased with the selections here and the large availability of sugar free options. Also so many flavors you can cross between different items so my kids can have the same flavors that don't require them to have coffee but can can still have "coffee" like me and dad! 10/10 recommend!

With all the variations of coffees, energy drinks, and so much more I'm truly amazed at all the goodness every time we visit. The best part is you don't even have to leave your car to enjoy all the deliciousness. I've been to a few of the Seven Brew locations and this is by far my favorite location I can't recommend it enough you won't be disappointed!
