  Workers are rude!!!! The worker got my order wrong and added an extra drink. Made me pay for it unknowingly as she never read my order back to me or offered a receipt. When I said I didn’t order it she was rude and snappy stating “well it’s already made and you already paid for it” and then proceeded to make dirty looks and smart remarks under their breath with coworkers. So rude and for $30 on coffee the service was awful.

  What an interesting concept. This was my first visit, and I see what they're going for, but it's a bit awkward. It's drive-thru only. I pulled up, and was greeted with a "what would you like?" Unless I missed it, there was no menu anywhere. I said, I don't know, is the menu online? And I was advised to google it. So after that I ended up getting a flavored Red Bull and my sister got a coffee. Both were honestly pretty good, but the price was somewhere around $20 for the both after tip, I think (I didn't take a receipt). I like the concept and the output, but maybe next time I need to go in with a better plan to streamline it a bit.

  Ordered a sugar free cookie butter latte and when I double checked it was made with sugar. My husband ordered coffee with coconut milk and his coffee was so cold. He couldn't drink it. Not worth the money. We will stick to Starbucks.

  After waiting 14 min in line it’s cash only! The last time I visited my drink was so sloppy and sweet can’t taste any coffee no customer service cannot reach a person it disconnects you

  Oh great, another price increase at 7 Brew—just what everyone asked for. Nothing like paying an absurd amount for one drink that’s mostly ice and sugar, served in under a minute, and somehow pretending it’s “premium.” At this rate, I half-expect a finance plan to come with my coffee. The funniest part is that the quality hasn’t changed at all. Same syrupy drinks, same rushed service, just a bigger dent in your wallet. Apparently, convenience now equals luxury pricing. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. 7 Brew has officially mastered the art of overcharging while riding on hype. If I’m going to pay these prices, I’d rather go somewhere that at least pretends the drink is worth it. One drink should not feel like a bad financial decision.
