I was there on 3/7/26 around 6:00. I placed my order and went to the window. I paid and waited 5 minutes at the window. Then I was told to pull around to the front door as they were waiting on the potato cakes. I waited an additional 12 minutes before going in. When I went in there were 2 bags on the counter and 2 people chatting with each other on the other end of the counter. One said "oh I was just going to bring that out". I grabbed the bag and checked my order and everything was room temperature includingthepotato cakes. That used to be a very nice store when Terri ran it. Now it has really gone down hill. You can be sure that I will never visit Arby's again.

I have been coming to this Arby's since I was a kid and I'm 37 now. So many other nearby fast food chains have gone down the tube with their food and or service but Arby's has stayed consistent in my entire life. Whoever manages this location does a great job.

Mixed experiences, based on who's working. An older white lady seems to have trouble hearing, but usually gets the orders right, though it takes longer Today, it was two heavy black women. One with pigtails, one with her hair a T-shirt. Shake and sandwich were good, fries were cold. Returned the fries, complete with the bag they were in, which also contained ketchup. Had to wait for fresh fries. Fresh fries come up, worker comes out, shoves the bag in my friends' hand. No apology, no here you go, no eye contact. Of course, no ketchup in the bag. Had to go back in. Petite white lady with waist length gray hair finally hands me ketchup and horsey sauce, even though I specifically said ketchup only, please, several times. Guess they'd rather have me throw out unrequested condiments. That hair, at that length, down while working with food? Plus, she did it cuz the heavier girl who handed my friend the bag of remade fries with the force of a football throw said she didn't want to deal with me. I dared "complain" about cold fries and "had an attitude." Apparently, complaining consists of politely asking for hot fries in a calm, respectful voice, in a clear, easy to comprehend dialect, at a reasonable volume. Just a bad experience and rude and unhygienic employees.
