  I haven’t been to 7 Brew in a while, but when I came through today, Lexus made the experience amazing. She was super helpful in guiding me toward the right coffee and had such a positive attitude the entire time. When I got my drink, she even made sure I liked it and offered to remake something else if I didn’t. That level of customer service really stands out—definitely a great experience!

  the worker working today 4/21/2026 with the brown 7 brew crew neck with a green shirt under it. you have probably the worst attitude i’ve come across in any workplace i’ve ever been to. truly ruins my experience everytime I see you working. don’t work with the general public if you can’t smile, ask a question or say “k” instead of asking what I want to drink.

  I never usually get fun drinks, but I went here for the first time the other day and my drink server, Natalie was so nice and made me feel so comfortable, I was unsure what to order but she told me to take my time and helped me pick something great, she was so kind and I really hope next time I go she takes my order !! My smoothie was fabulous aswell 10/10 service!

  The team at this location is fabulous! I’m here at all hours of the day and the drinks are always consistent, the people are friendly and they give away cool little stuffs all the time. So cute. Shout out to Kyle, the regular order taker in the morning, for braving the elements every day to make our experiences great!

  Updating my review: I already emailed, explained that the Willoughby location was listed on the mailer, and got a generic response that did not address the issue. I replied to it explaining that the Willoughby location was listed on the mailer and got no response. So I left a 1 star review. Then they reply with the usual “email us so we can make it right” even though I already did that and got nowhere. I waited along time and the offer was not honored. The customer service was scripted, prob an AI bot, and unhelpful, and the drinks were as underwhelming as the response. Disappointed
