- TETaylor EdithOct 10, 20251.0It’s a Indian lady that works there thinks she’s the owner I went in yesterday Thursday 10-9-2025 for the sub of the day asked to upgrade to a foot long she told me she’s only selling me a 6 inch and proceeded to only put 6 inch bread on the counter I repeated myself again no I want a foot long she proceeded to say again I’m not selling you a foot long I’m like the description says it’s a 3 dollar up charge so then she goes and grabs the foot long bread and said something slick in there language and slammed it down on the counter this kinda behavior at a place of business is crazy!
- SFSabrina FarmerJul 9, 20221.0This was the worst customer experience I have had in years. If you see a small Indian lady working just turn right around and go somewhere else. She is the most rude employee I've seen here. There was a customer in front of me and she had a coupon and when they were checking out the coupon failed once and the lady said "you should have checked with us first" like it was the customers fault that the coupon failed. Then when it was my time to order my food I had asked for veggies to be toasted along with the meat and she did not let the person she was training do it that way because that is not how they are "supposed" to be made. Subway artists from my memory make the food the way the customer wants. Not some shortcut BS the employee wants.
