Another patron INSIDE let me in. I get to the counter and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. A manager walked up and asked how I got inside and I told her that another customer ALREADY INSIDE let me in and the sign on the door said you were open for dine-in. She took my order and as she walked in the back I heard "Why can't these people just use the drive-thru?!" When she brought me my order I asked if I was able to walk through the drive-thru as I did not drive there. She said "No" in a disgusted tone and just walked away. Hey McDonald's Wickliffe. You are rude, and you need to update your hours of operation if they aren't correct.
