  I only get a 15 minute break; went to order, I only had cash so I ordered at the kiosk and went to pay… and was ignored for 10 minutes… had ppl walk by me… then the manager took care of a applicant who came in well after me… there went my break…. No food, no drink and a solemn swear I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again

  This is my favorite McDonald’s. There are 3 other McDonald’s closer to me and I go out of my way to visit this establishment every time but for the last 2-3 months, something is off. I’m always missing something and I’m used to not checking my bag because they always get it right. My food was always hot, especially the fries. But it doesn’t matter whether you dine in, do curbside or the drive thru, they are doing an awful job as of late. I dined in one day with my two daughters and after waiting and waiting and waiting, I finally went up front and said something and my food was just sitting off to the side behind the cashier and it was still incorrect. This was a dine in order, not to go. It was bagged up and WRONG. I mostly always do curbside. Now I’m always missing a fry or a 4 piece nugget or I’ve even been given 3 instead of 4 nuggets. Yesterday my love and I wanted to try out the new grinch meals. After leaving and opening the box, my fries and his were both medium when they were supposed to be a large. Also, we added extra cheese to our Big Mac meals. Neither of us got the extra cheese. And then my daughter only had a medium fry. The friendly employee went back and got them but I wish that I would have opened my box before pulling off. The food that I’m missing or extras that I’m adding to my order definitely adds up and because I am always on the go I don’t have the time to go back and complain but this is getting ridiculous. One time I waited curbside for almost 30 minutes before calling the restaurant and it was still wrong. Something has to give. What kept me coming here is my food always being hot, correct and the friendliness of the staff. Now it’s just the friendliness. But at what cost. Not sure if I’ll be back after this last time. I’m tired of losing out on money and food.

  Maybe because I'm from Detroit, this is the best McDonald's I've ever visited

  There's never any point in ordering a large french fry from McDonald's because they never fill it up. You're better off ordering a medium it'll have more fries than a large. These photos are exactly how these fries came, I didn't change a thing.
