I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
I ordered three sandwiches: two egg-and-cheese croissants and one bacon croissant. After waiting an extended amount of time at the drive-thru window, I checked my order before leaving and noticed one sandwich was missing. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee at the window and did not leave the drive-thru.
Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the employee spoke with several staff members behind her, and they disputed whether the missing sandwich had already been placed in the bag. Despite my explaining that I had just checked the order at the window and confirmed there were only two sandwiches, the situation turned into an unnecessary disagreement.
While the missing sandwich was eventually remade and added to the order, the manner in which the situation was handled was unprofessional. Customers should not be made to feel as though they are at fault for a clear order error.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

Put my order in on the app to pick up at the drive thru and when we pulled up there was one car in front of us. We sat long enough to put my car in park and when the car in front of us got their food they snatched it and drove off before even getting their bag in the car... Clearly they were upset. We pulled up and there were 4-5 people just standing around doing nothing and a few minutes later a gentleman opened the window and I told him my order # which was two small boxes of munchkins and a large coffee. He handed me the coffee and just stared at me like "what else do you want". I told him there's more to my order and it took all of 5 minutes for someone to put 20 munchkins in two boxes. Order wasn't ready and there's no welcome, hello, have a good day. First and last time at this location.
