  super slow, i’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the willoughby location for a better chance of having their ingredients. the company’s own workers stand around while there’s a long wait and arguing with customers and dashers. hell naw

  One of the worse I have been to and I've been to many. The wait is extremely long. They've been out of items like the Carne Asada every time I've been there. How are you out of what you're advertising. It's like the team members don't know what are when to do it. You would think management would step in when it's that busy but nope!

  This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. We waiting in line for over 45 mins. There were 4 employees working and only one person working the food line. Two of the people came out from the behind the counter to just talk to their friends who were waiting in line behind us. Absolutely no sense of urgency and they clearly did not care to help the other worker out. Would not recommend this location to anyone

  Where do I even begin with this place,smh. Firstly I was very excited that a Chipotle was opening up close to my house ,so I decided to stop by finally today. Be prepared for long wait time,I was in line for 30mins and when it was my turn,they were out of ric2 ,brown and white. So wait3d another 15mins, when it finally came out looked very undone,the meats were all dried up,the beans none existence, no fajitas. I asked for a burrito,the young man didn't know how to wrap it because "no one showed him how to do it", so another younger man came and wrapped by burrito,here's the kicker,my burrito was so messy by now and the foil it was in,the young man turned it over and now the dirty side was were he put my burrito instead of getting a clean foil smh. Honestly I should have kept driving, there's food at home. I just wanted to support a local chain since not much has been happening at Loehmans for the past 15yrs. I'll stick to the one on Euclid,it's a drive but they are efficient.

  I've been to this establishment several times now and every single time I have been incredibly disappointed. My order has been 40 minutes late on multiple occasions. That is absolutely unacceptable for a *fast food chain*. The workers consistently act like they do not care and are never in a rush to get you your order. The worst experience I've had so far was when I placed a mobile order ahead of time to try to make it not so delayed. I showed up at the location and my order was STILL not ready and didn't get to me for another 40 MINUTES. What is the point of even placing a mobile order if it's going to be THAT late regardless? This location NEEDS to get its act together. I'm not asking for fine dining or anything, I just want my food relatively soon after it is ordered- y'know, like a fast food establishment is supposed to do. Highly recommend picking anywhere else to get food from if you're in the area.
