    Food is always hot, but gal who takes order and at at the window is so unfriendly! I prefer Highland Hts' Duncan, where the employees are all warm and welcoming!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I ordered three sandwiches: two egg-and-cheese croissants and one bacon croissant. After waiting an extended amount of time at the drive-thru window, I checked my order before leaving and noticed one sandwich was missing. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee at the window and did not leave the drive-thru. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the employee spoke with several staff members behind her, and they disputed whether the missing sandwich had already been placed in the bag. Despite my explaining that I had just checked the order at the window and confirmed there were only two sandwiches, the situation turned into an unnecessary disagreement. While the missing sandwich was eventually remade and added to the order, the manner in which the situation was handled was unprofessional. Customers should not be made to feel as though they are at fault for a clear order error. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.
