  If I could give this location -5 stars I absolutely would ! The staff here as of April 19th @2:30 pm was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. 1 of the check out clerks refused to finish my order she started and proceeded to eat ice from a cup while checking me out. Dirty condiment counter and disrespectful service overall . There was only 1 gentleman who was helpful with building an order. A terrible reflection of Chipotle’s franchise.

  I walked out of this location today after witnessing a complete lack of professionalism and basic food safety. Despite only being the fourth person in line, the wait was ridiculous because the staff was busy horseplaying and joking around while mixing the rice instead of serving the guests. To make matters worse, they ignored the physical line to prioritize DoorDash and mobile orders. Most locations have a dedicated person for digital orders; here, they just make you wait indefinitely while the team remains "all over the place." The hygiene at this store is a major concern: • Contamination: The counters were disgusting. There was medium sauce mixed into the sour cream—it’s clear no one is "cleaning as they go." • Health Hazard: I watched a worker wipe down a dirty counter with her bare hands, then put on new gloves without washing her hands. • Poor Management: This is a newer store, yet it’s being run poorly. After leaving here, I went to the Willowick location, which wasn’t much better. I don’t know if Chardon, Willowick, and East 222nd are under the same regional manager, but someone needs to get these stores together. They are dirty, the customer service is poor, and I will be traveling west to eat at Chipotle until these locations are handled.

  I’ve heard some mixed reviews about this location, but my past couple of experiences have been nice! Around 6pm today, it was clean, zero wait, and I was served decent portions. My only criticism is they never seem to have bottles of Tabasco sauce unfortunately.

  This is a the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced! Since the time it has been open it’s not a time that I haven’t had to come in wait on something, from rice, to chicken, corn, etc. the management team is careless and unapologetic. The wait time is typically always 30+ minutes. The counter space is always filthy! It’s so disappointing bc I have lived in Willoughby hills for 7 years and was really anticipating this location.

  Yes the guy in line was new and I understood that but the manager was rude as hell to him, other staff. I was told vinaigrette would take 20 minutes so I sent my daughter back because I had to be at work. My daughter goes right back and now there is no vinaigrette period and the manager was being rude to the cashier. Putting your staff on blast is unacceptable in front of customers. It embarrasses them and it’s unethical.
