  This place is a complete crap show. Save your money and go to other pizza places. Have had multiple issues with orders. Whether it's how they cut the pizza or missing a topping etc. Just last night ordered two specialty pizzas and 2 2 liter pops. Order was placed. Prior to 10:20. Order shows out for delivery at 10:38. At 10:48 we call the store and ask where the order is and was told it was out for delivery still. At 11:05 I call back and also see online that the store closes at 11:00 p.m. the manager answers the phone and states that the order will be delivered then states that the order has been eaten by the delivery driver. When I asked for our money to be refunded. They told me I would have to come to the store the next morning. I call The shop they're trying to say that they cannot find the order via phone number. Mind you I've ordered from this location more than once with the same phone number I provided. I also have proof that they charged my card and on my Pizza Hut app it also shows that they charge the card and the order went through. However did not receive pizzas or pop nor have I received my money back. They're giving me the runaround. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate. I suggest saving your money and go to other pizza places that have better customer service.

  I will never go to this location ever again!!! There was a 50+ year old lady belittling, degrading, bullying and calling A minor child Employee names. The way that lady acted was completely unacceptable and borderline criminal. She needs to be fired immediately!!!!

  If 0 stars were available this would be the case. The thin and crispy is a stale crisp on the edges and soggy hard towards the center, as if it’s 3 days old. I also got a regular cut pizza and it’s even soggy like and hard to chew. Not sure how you screw up a pizza this bad but this is atrocious. Normally we don’t have this problem, I don’t know why people are okay with this disgusting service and food quality but stuff needs to change.

  ​"Well, if you call them and check on your delivery, you are automatically directed to a call center, so customer service is a one out of 10. And I'm not lying to you, this is the nastiest pizza I've ever eaten. I was literally feeding it to my dog in this video. That's the only reason the box seems empty. It was hard as a rock and tasted like stale bread.".... Please just don't waste your money here and use this a a warning but it does make good dog food though.

  Ordered online for pickup my two large pizza was fresh and really good. Staff is always friendly and greet me this is the best Pizza Hut.
