  2nd time going to this location for lunch. Both times workers are in the back, don’t know you walk in, smoking inside the back door, food left uncovered, waited a few minutes and left this time. Not recommended.

  Why are you adding a tip? It’s a to go order! And when I ask what’s the extra for… she says she doesn’t know! I didn’t read it until I got home, but it’s just the principal.

  I arrived at the place and the employee had a bad attitude. He seemed inexperienced. He started preparing my order and cut his finger. He put on a bandage and a glove and wanted to continue preparing the same sandwich with the same knife he had cut himself with. I told him to change both, but he ignored me until I told him two more times. He got very angry and threw the knife onto the table aggressively. Luckily, another employee took over the order... but I don't recommend this place. All the vegetables didn't look fresh, and I spent the day with an upset stomach after eating the sandwich.

  The Subway on cassady avenue in Columbus is absolutely ridiculous! The lady that works in there walks around like a mummy with an attitude. She does not greet you when you stand at the counter she just responds bread then you tell what kind of bread you want and she says toasted or not then she says sandwich. Then you tell her the items You want on the sandwich. Just slides the sandwich over finishes it up puts it in a bag slides a receipt in it and slides the bag towards you never udders a word. I've been going there for 2 months same behavior there is no way in God's green earth no one has complained about this woman. I see there's a sign needing employees. I hope you're hiring her replacement cuz she is an absolute embarrassment to Subway.

  If i could give this place a 0 I would. Waited for almost an hour for my online order to be ready as the employee got everyone else that was coming in before mine. Not only that but didnt even get the sandwiches correct and had (no exaggeration) 2 slices of meat on each side of my foot long. This is thee worst Subway in the area. Highly recommend avoiding this location if at all possible.
