  I feel like I’m the only one who understands they’re a brand new store in a location that isn’t familiar with chick fil a culture, especially with a lot of the customers I see come through drive. The employees and managers are getting their feet wet and deserve some grace. If you’re not feeling the extended wait times, the staff needing time to figure out their roles you have plenty other locations to pick from. I’ll continue to come here cause if you pay attention they’re getting better, and just like anyone brand new you’d hope for some patience and understanding.

  The sandwich was a little soggy and the breading was falling off about half of the chicken. The pickles were stringy. The fries definitely could have used some salt. My order was correct and the staff was friendly.

  Order on the chick fil A app in the evening ...expected my food to be ready at mobile thru and they had the young staff playing and talking.. Chick Fil A this location is going to have a grand closing soon...

  This is the third time and the last time. This chick -fil-a was terrible the first time was ok ( Grand Opening) wasn't bad,but the time after that waffle fries we're burnt and it tasted like the oil was dirty,but this last time the line wasn't moving,then they was bringing food to ppl in car that we're 6/7 cars back from the beginning of the line ppl was stuck with their food getting cold because they couldn't move out of line because so many ppl we're sitting waiting on their orders and to top it off food was disgusting cold and the milkshake tasted sour I loved chick -fil-a but i may not go back especially to this location.shame....

  Arrived about 6 for a quick bite in the drive thru , got pulled up and waited way longer than I would ever imagine chickila to be, the workers wasn’t even accommodating not as friendly you can tell they were young and still learning but this is a brand new establishment, so was hoping to get the same cheer like the one up road down broad , and both of my drinks were wrong 🥹a little disappointed,
