Food quality is above average for fast food. I like the AI ordering system as it has improved the accuracy of items received. It does try to upsell, so be forwarned.

The two cooks walked out stating that it was 4 pm and their shift was over. I walked out and went next door to Arby's. The Arby's staff said that they were getting a larger volume of customers because of how bad the service was at Wendy's.

We barely could get the girl who took our order to understand us and had to repeat things several times just for her to question again. Then had someone else take over our order and she was rushing us with our order. Overall just an bad experience.
