  This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I really wish they would go out of business, wheelersburg would be better without it. There is one worker that is especially rude any time I’ve gone here. I don’t know his name but he’s a tall and younger man that’s always on drive thru, I don’t know how he hasn’t been fired being that rude to customers

  This Taco Bell was already the worst Taco Bell Iv ever been to and after today i stand by that. Everyone working there is so rude and hateful. They speak to customers like they are trash. Management is quick to make sure you are wrong. I regretfully went today after not being there in 3 months or more. Its been so long i cant remember really Its been over that long because when i went several times then the food was so poorly put together and tasted so nasty. They purposely put less than normal food on tacos and it would all taste so gross. They mess up orders and refuse to fix it. The management and other workers were so awful and rude, it makes your feel uncomfortable being there even in the drive thru. I Only went today bc my little girl wanted taco bell and i figured maybe some changes were made i was wrong. Its worse. At the drive thru I couldn't get my app to work to give check in code. I was looking at the menu to see what i wanted as well since they no longer had what i liked from the other taco bell. They told me to go back around very rudely. When i told them i didnt want to, i was getting my code up a guy came over speaker loudly and told me to leave. That he refused my service. I would not want their food anyways after speaking to me like that. Id be afraid to eat anything there. No one was behind me and just after that someone else pulled in. This location needs investigated and everyone fired immediately, including management bc why is it allowed to run like that? Something fishy is going on in there to have that business be like that. Its sad too, bc this is a small town and there isn't many food options Its terrible management. The whole town complains about their service and food. Inside is so nasty as well and or so cold or hot. I think on purpose so customers don't come in. . We travel to New Boston just to eat taco bell normally bc this one is so awful. They are so kind and the food is good there. I Even went to Taco Bell in New Boston afterwards. They are only hurting themselves when there is clearly another Taco Bell just a 5 minute drive away. Its so clean and service well kept. They were so kind there that i was given a card for a free taco just bc they felt i waited a little long for my food. I didnt even say anything to complain other wise over there. Its how a buisness should be ran. I will always just go there. I will never go to Wheelersburg, Ohio taco bell again. Don't GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. CUSTOMERS HEALTH IS OF CONCERN AS WELL. CALLING CORPORATE.

  This Taco Bell has some of the rudest staff out off all the locations in that tristate area. Me and my family often avoid this specific location. From the moment I go through the drive through, it feels like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. lots of attitude, and eye-rolling when I asked a simple question about my order. The food was average at best, but the service completely ruined the experience. If you don’t want to be treated like you’re bothering people just by ordering food, I’d suggest going to a different location.

  This Taco Bell is the worst I’ve ever had the people working in there are rude and mess up the food even after you complain and tell them that what they gave you is wrong, the kitchen is disgusting and the people working the kitchen need to be replaced with people that can make the food right the first way. And not mess it up then give you more messed up food after you tell them.
