    Always have to wait for old food. I worked at McDonald's as a teen so I get the issues. This one however pulls every car regardless so their drive-thru time stays low. Franchises can write off their waste to MCDONALD'S so why serve old food, makes no sense.

    The service was a difficult experience. The Grinch showed up and not in a funny way and then the atmosphere. There was really no way to get any napkins. You had to go ask for everything and getting a person available was difficult. The food was pretty good but they need a lot of help. Their service quality needs more workers!

    We go to visit our nephew once a month at Marshal University and both times we meaning myself and sisters stopped at this McDonald's order same thing ice cream cones and coffee how can you get th coffee wrong both times exactly large 8 cream 8 sugar then want to argue saying you put it in already and than want to try to charge me for the cream and sugar I ALREADY PAID FOR? first why would you even want to tell a customer their a liar yep NEVER AGAIN way too many McDonald's for this
