  So tired of ordering my food plain only for them to wipe off the extra and pass it off as plain. I called to complain but the leave the phone off the hook.

  Tried to buy an ice cream cone and the kiosk did work so went to register to order, stood there forever while the employees chit chatted and didn’t come to wait on me, so to say the least- I was frustrated and left.

  Stopped in the drive thru to get ice cream and got to the second window and was handed a half made McFlurry. I ordered an m&ms McFlurry with extra m&ms looked in it and it was barely half full of ice cream handed it back the lady named Shauna the manager said “Here, but we ain’t mixing it up for you” and proceeded to hand it back so disrespectfully. And my boyfriend was just like we just wanted to get the ice cream we paid for and she huffed and walked away. How rude can you be?? Then I started eating it after mixing it MYSELF and found that there was no extra at all it looks like they did one thing of the m&ms and called it a day. Maybe do your job correctly and you won’t have to stop your drive thru line to fix it 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

  I use the mobile app bc you can get good deals, well I made an order and spent some of my rewards and I didn't get my 2 apple pies and mu sandwich was fixed wrong and they wouldn't fix it. One lady said she would write my name down I'm the book but 3 days later another lady said they couldn't help.
