The pricing is lower than the competition but competing on low price doesn't seem to be a good long term strategy. On my most recent visit the Freestyle machine was out of 75% of flavors. Both ketchup dispenser were empty. Trash was everywhere and employees left used cartoons laying around on the counters. The bathrooms are gross and smell weird. The only reasons I go to Wendy's is the low price for Biggie bag, the fries, chocolate chip cookies and Freestyle. If the Freestyle syrups are empty that takes away one reason for going.
