The people that came in before me got their smoothie instead of her completing my order and then doing theirs. Then this hefder gave the 3rd person their smoothie while im still waiting. Ill drive to north olmsted next time, this is trash!!

- JJJadaOct 11, 20251.0Tropical cafe is my favorite places to go and order vegetarian food considering they have the plant based meat substitute! That now excludes this location in specific. Customer service is way below average. Wasn’t greeted upon entry. When you walk in they just look at you like what do you want. After ordering my food and waiting for it. Another customer came in after me, a younger guy was greeted with a smile and was asked what would he like by the register attendant. The attendant had dark brown hair & glasses. Anyhow I asked the other associate for 3 cups of water to go and I was literally handed 3 cups of water. No lids, didn’t even bother asking if I would like a drink carrier. I DONT recommend this location at all. Your better off going to the north Olmsted location or Avon.
