  I called stating I ordered a to-go order that wasn't fully fufilled after I called after placing it because it didnt allow me to online asking for extra ranch and bread to be included in my order. - I expected nothing more than a thank you we will let out to go person know. I was transferred and spoke with a manager named Nancy after calling and stating the little extras I asked for was not included and missed what outback used to be when we used to go weekly. She not only went above and beyond to make it right with giftcards she hand delivered food and and extras with the giftcards to make it right asking for me by name! This one employee will absolutely make me want to come back and try again. She went above and beyond expectations of making it right and should be praised for ultimate customer service! I had the longest day ever and she absolutely turned it around with this one gesture. What an incredible human you have working for you!!!! THANK YOU Nancy in Westlake! You're absolutely amazing, and this location is lucky to have you!!!

  Lovely steak house with a good selection of salads and steaks on the menu. Had an enjoyable meal with tasty food and helpful staff.

  Walking in I should have known to walk back out.. walking in towards the host station to be seated an workers are gathered talking shit right at the station… “ ughh she’s working tomorrow “ … Already red flag… got seated at a table that was set but wasn’t cleaned off… still had crumbs and wet from customers before… asked if we could move.. moved to a different table and overhear the waitress that was over that section say she was closing… anyways .. still get placed in Madison I believe was our waitress first and foremost didn’t introduce herself I found her name on the receipt. Horrible customer service!! No smile.. no. Good energy just “ in your waitress what you want to drink” …. Dry!!!! cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom was disappointing & gross!! The bathroom smelled like a sewer & outhouse combined. Trash everywhere on the floor. Then to top it off payin 104. For 2 dinners that wasn’t cooked correctly. Steak undercooked.. then mashed potatoes swimming in blood.. 🤢🤮… asked if I could have new plate and mash… was given back my steak… to then eat a tasteless steak… mash potatoes brought back out to me after I paid the check.. so needless to say I truly didn’t have dinner. Also waited 10 mins for A1 sauce that never came….. It was 1st time there… never been to outback and wanted to try something new and this was the experience. Don’t recommend!!!!

  It’s Outback, you can’t in my opinion have a bad meal. Maybe the food, or experience was a little bit better than last time you went, but overall they know how to cook a great steak. If I honestly could afford to eat at Outback once, or twice a month I would. I’d also recommend this Outback than any other, because the staff is all about customer service.
