  We were really looking forward to a nice business dinner and some delicious Italian food. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. Veal and Chicken Parmesan were almost inedible. Overcooked, dry and lacking any flavor and the Alfredo Pasta that came with it looked like it was 3 days old. Other dishes were even worse with virtually everyone in our party leaving 50% or more of their food uneaten. Service for a large group was decent as was the atmosphere but they clearly don't taste the food they serve. There are dozens of excellent Italian restaurants to choose from in Northeast Ohio but unfortunately this isn't one of them.

  Went here for a girls dinner. Ordered drinks, an appetizer and dinner. Appetizer was great. We all ordered steak. I wanted medium. I got it and it was rare. Asked for it to be cooked a little more and it came back well done. It was so tough they offered to make a sauce to go with it, not sure what that would do to a piece of jerky at that point. This pic was before I sent it back, it already looked like it was cooked in a microwave

  I wish i could share a positive review given the atmosphere was pleasing. Sat at 8:15 with reservations. Unfortunately, we sat and waited 7 mins for a server who didn’t bring water yet asked for our drink order. Undecided, we asked for water. Proceeded to then wait 15 minutes for the server to return. No where to be found. Water glasses were crusted and dirty. Silverware also had crusted food on them. We simply left. We had high hopes for date night but the vibe was killed with poor service and hygiene… :/

  Went here to celebrate my birthday. I was really impressed by the clean, simple decor. Our server was wonderful, she didn't ignore us and did not hover, perfect balance. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. I was given a birthday cannoli on the house. I believe it was the owner or manager who came to ask us about our experience and my answer remains unchanged: we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful time!

  We were very disappointed with the food. Atmosphere was nice and service was great but the food was not edible. 11 of us went to celebrate the holidays and every one of us had an issue with our food. Chicken and steak was over cooked and tough, pasta was undercooked and chewy, shrimp and lobster was over cooked and still had shell pieces in it, the mashed potatoes were so dry that you could literally pick it up by hand like a biscuit. Our server actually laughed with us when we handed her a biscuit of mashed potatoes. We didn’t ask for a discount or send anything back we just simply paid the bill and left to get food elsewhere. Great atmosphere but definitely missed the mark with food.
