I asked could I BUY a large cup of water , the " manager " told me she couldn't let me buy it because it " messed up" her inventory . Just really ruined my morning . Couldn't even finish my coffee . I was in the drive thru trying to order my coffee and before I could even finish saying what I wanted in it, I was cut off and had to repeat what I said before that. Then after getting it I get down the street, take a sip and realize it is not what I ordered. I go back and have them fix it, which they do with no problem. It was just irritating because if the person taking the order just listened and didn’t cut me off before I could finish saying what I wanted in it the order probably would have been right. I’m not sure if the person was newer. I’m not trying to knit pick or get anyone in trouble, I just feel like the people taking your order should not be over talking you and cutting you off while your in the middle of saying something.
