  this place is amazing. You guys need to grow up in the Reviews you never know it’s the first day working And plus it’s really really busy in the morning. They are hard workers and really sweet workers. I come here sometimes Because my work is down here you guys expect this to be a fancy restaurant anyways I absolutely love this place so much amazing people.

  I have to start by saying I drive by this location 8 times a week. However, I’ve only been able to muster up the patience to stop there roughly 6-7 times in the last year because—and I’ve never actually said this—this store should actually be a zero star rating. If you have points you’ve accumulated from other more successful locations, let them expire before you attempt to use them here. If you for some reason are physically forced to go here by threat of violence, be prepared to spend the better portion of your day here. The staff will most likely be out back doing who knows what in a car directly in your line of sight, but if you’re “lucky” and they’re already inside don’t fret, you’ll suffer the same fate, which is to be at the order kiosk for anywhere between 2 and 4 minutes, only to get to the window to wait another 3-10 minutes—keep in mind your visit may vary, as these times are calculated with no other customer cars in the line or in the entire parking lot.

  The waits in the morning are ridiculous. Whomever the general manger or scheduler are they need a class on organization. Either this store is not staffed well enough or running inefficiently. If it were not for the fact they are my closest coffee shop I would not shop here

  This is the very definition of Quiet Quitting. The employees deliberately makes the site look like it's closed. It's just after 7pm and I definitely thought it was closed. It's supposed to close at 9pm. I saw 2 cars drive thru really quick, because it gave off even "I'm closed" vibes. Hey... owners of this franchise... do you even care, look at these reviews, 2.1 stars? How is this possible? They closed the "sandwich area", so they couldn't toast a bagel and when I got it not toasted, it was toasted, probably days ago, completely dry, and the amount of cream cheese was so thinly spread on only one side, why would I have to pay for such a tiny amount of cream cheese? Ridiculous. I'm sure it's management making these decisions.
