  Attended the Ohio Wheelman Series Banquet in their rented hall. Food was good, hot and ready! Staff was friendly and professional. The venue was large and clean with good entry points and seating area. This is a yearly tradition to attend this event held here and it's good each year. A great place to hold your event.

  A fun place to get dinner and play arcade games. They have a small shop where you can turn in your tickets for prizes. Cost of games are all different, so pay attention. This place is fun, but can be expensive. We ordered nachos, they were very good. The bartender was very attentive and helpful.

  Arrived at 6:10 with a party of 4 adults and a child. Seated immediately. Waitress took out beverage order and informed us of unavailable items. Four drinks ordered plus waters. Three drinks showed up in 20 minutes, we were told waitress will bring waters. Missing drinks. Over 1 hour waiting to order and I finally caught our waitress attention. No apology. Another group came in after us, ordered, ate and left. Appetizer arrived with a minimum of chips and a tub of guacamole. Asked for more chips. Guessing we won’t see them. The worst service ever in my 68 years. Food service manager should be fired. 75 minutes still waiting for food. After finally speaking with the manager he graciously picked up our entire bill, except for alcohol. Seated for 1hr 45 min and still waiting for our order. Waitress had 1 week training. Well it is now over 2hrs and 10 minutes since we were seated and still 3 of us have not been served. It has been 30 minutes since speaking with the manager who assured us our meals are on their way. My wife received half her order, granddaughter received her pizza. The rest of us NOTHING. At least 7 parties have been seated, ordered, ate, paid and left . I will be posting on FB, and will be contacting the Corporate Office.

  Took almost 40 minutes after being seated to receive drinks. They were out of numerous menu items. Took close to an hour and 15 minutes to receive food. The food wasn’t even warm when it came out. French fries and celery on the plate were same temp. Ordered game cards and they were brought out 45 minutes later. The server stopped by other tables numerous times without ever coming by our table. Restaurant was at maybe 25% capacity. Bathrooms were gross and had numerous out of order stalls and paper everywhere from garbage overflowing. Overall just not a great experience and not sure if it’s even worth going here. The manager came over and offered $10 in game play but unlikely we would ever eat here again.

  First and last time. I drove one hour and three minutes to try out this place. It was 6pm on a Friday evening, just two of us dining. The place was not booming. In fact, it was just our party of two and another couple in the bar seating area. We waited over 25 minutes for the waitress to even make an appearance after being seated. We placed our drink order and waited another substantial amount of time before she came back for our food order. The food arrived less than 10 minutes of ordering. Great!! No. Both our dishes were stone cold. I mean, cold. Did they forget to heat it up?! Cook it, even? It was awful. We got boxes and left. Also, clean your bathrooms. Take your business elsewhere.
