  From start to finish this was an absolutely horrible experience. We made a reservation for 530 online, even called at 3 to make double check and were told there were no issues. We walked in and there was no host and just a sign that said dining room is closed. We found someone behind the bar, he said he's get a manager to ask about a table for us and then took our drink order. We waited 25 minutes, he never came back. We then saw a hostess come over and we followed her to a table in the game room. We asked if we could get the drink tab transferred since we never saw the guy or the drinks from earlier. A manager came and apologized and gave us to the bartender to wait on. At this point, we thought all would get better, but unfortunately that was farthest from the truth. The server and bartender started arguing over who got to wait on us. Our drinks took another 15 minutes. I ordered a couple appetizers since everyone was hungry and she didn't come back for another 25 minutes. I had to grab someone else to find her to take our order. She seemed overwhelmed and kept scratching her head and playing with her hair at the table which is pretty gross. Our food came out in waves and we were told that they were out of ribs so 2 people needed to reorder. The steak came and they were out of fried onions, we then ordered some carmelized onions and mushrooms that never came out, even after being told they were on the grill 3 times. Another meal came with no mashed potatoes and a drink with no fruit bc they were also then out of strawberries. Our drinks were wrong twice and then we asked to see a manager again. He did comp all of our tab and we appreciate it but all we wanted was to have a good experience for our sons birthday. It was the worst I've ever had at any restaurant. As a bonus, the server also offered us candy she was eating out of her bare hand. Nice thought I guess lol but also not sanitary at all. Overall, we are so disappointed and not likely to return at all.

  My wife and I have been coming today from busters for some time now and would like to take this opportunity to point out that we are very pleased and happy that you have a valuable asset in Andrea very professional down to earth and always seems to make us laugh. She handled the bar very well it was very busy which appeared to be alone with maybe some minor assistance from a bar back. Very professional and the type of hard worker and ambitious happy type of person that we enjoy being around . We hope to continue our happy experience with Dave & busters and these type of employees ,thank you and keep up the good work.

  If you get the chance to win the ball at the game (front left when you walk in), DO NOT miss it. This isn’t just any ball, it’s the best one you’ll ever win. The ergonomic rubber grip? Elite. The bounce velocity? Perfectly responsive. The thickness and feel? Absolutely phenomenal. And come on… it’s the Chicago Bulls (they have other teams). An absolute icon.   Been to this location multiple times in the past. Tonight’s service wasn’t the best. 10 of us went including kids to eat dinner and play games. Our waitress asked if we done the eat and play combo before, which I haven’t. We told her no and Flaherty didn’t offer any assistance. We ended up doing the unlimited game play and come to find out, not all the games are included. That would have been nice to know. During our dinner service, we maybe saw her a total of 4 times. Never asked if we needed refills on the drinks. Will come back to pay games but won’t do the food service again

  If bartending was Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Andrea would have 3 stars the entire shift. 🏁✨ We stopped at the bar multiple times at Dave & Buster’s, and somehow Andrea was moving three times faster than everyone else — no blue shells slowing her down! She was the ONLY one who served us every single time, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Drinks were on point, service was lightning fast, and her energy made our whole night so much more fun. Honestly felt like we had a VIP Fast Pass straight to Rainbow Road. 🌈🍹 Andrea wins the gold trophy for best bartender — 10/10 would race back to her bar every time! 🏆
