  Had a great experience at this location. Food came out on hot plates and the portions served were large. Everything was delicious. Robert provided excellent service. He was very busy but not so busy that he couldn't inquire about tortillas my cousin asked for. She ordered corn tortillas but was given flour tortillas accidentally. In the mist of all the tasks he was handling, he took a second to make sure the order was correct. Thankful for this because my cousin has a gluten allergy.

  It was a good meal, I had these garlic shrimp which were like extremely flavorful and delicious, the food arrived fast and the atmosphere is somewhat off, I can't exactly explain, but it is subtle, still give this place a try.

  My Husband and I visited for the first time late Saturday afternoon and everything about this restaurant was absolutely fantastic!! As soon as we walked in, I felt the warmth and positive vibes of the Staff, coupled with the familiar, melodic voice of Prince Royce singing in the background. We were greeted with a smile and felt extraordinarily welcomed. We were immediately seated in a comfortable, clean booth and had a bowl of fresh chips and salsa within seconds. (I’m not over exaggerating!) Our server Whitney was phenomenal. From the sincere, positive, and welcoming attitude and big smile she had when taking our drink order to her thoughtful and empathetic service with attention to every little detail: Whitney is a stellar Server/Waitress. Absolutely stellar! Our food was absolutely delicious and we received it so fast that I looked sideways at the young man who brought it out because I was legitimately stunned and thought he had the wrong table. I cannot get over how fast our food came out. My carne asada was sizzling and steaming, the onions were tender the rice was delicious along with the beans the pico and guacamole. To put this review in perspective, I’m an outrageously harsh critic in the eyes of most people I know (because I expect the same service that I would give), and rarely dine out anymore because I’m always disappointed and feel that it was a waste of money. So for me to give Don Ramon’s a five star rating and review is a *big* *deal* lol. I highly recommend anyone seeking delicious mexican cuisine to go enjoy this amazing restaurant!!
