  Waited 20 minutes to order, then I’m told they have no al pastor chicken, grilled chicken will be 10 min, steak 20 min, the only option was pork (I don’t eat it), and beef barb which was dry and scraped from the bottom of the pan. No peppers and onions. Then they had the nerve to charge me extra for sofritas. All this at 7:15 on Saturday night. Should have been prepared for dinner. 6 people working. Awful experience.

  I started off as a 2x a week customer. Then I stepped away from eating Chipotle a couple years ago due to several poor experiences with over salted food. I've been afraid to try it again because every time I would try, I found the food to be way too salty to eat. I finally broke down and visited the Westlake location near crocker park recently and I sincerely had The Best experience that I've ever had with Chipotle. The location was Clean, the lady that took my order was so kind to all of the customers that I heard her wait on, and the food was Perfection! I will definitely be back to this location specifically. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

  Small portions for take-out. Ordered on the mobile app. Ordered 2x chicken, but only got 1x chicken. Ordered extra fajita veggies, received no fajita veggies. Food was tossed sloppily into the bowl. Very salty.

  Best Chipotle on the west side! I dive past 2 other Chipotles to go here. Always hot, fresh, filling, and super fast. They knock it out of the park every time!
