- JJJoe4 days ago3.0My review is only lowered by their hours. The best bagels in Cleveland but they make it hard to enjoy them with their limited hours especially for those of us who work. It would be great if they could stay open till 6 at least a couple days a week and on weekends.
- MCMichael ConnorApr 18, 20261.0How do you run out of bagels at 9am when you’re a bagel shop? I stopped on my way to the airport for a dozen bagels to take back to France. One person in line in front of me and three behind me, they filled everyone else’s orders first, so I was the last of the four others and by that time they were out of everything I’d ordered except plain bagels. A bummer, since I didn’t have time before my flight to search around for another bagel store. I’ll be back at CLE in August and will hopefully choose more wisely, but won’t pick another Brueggers.

The staff both times I have gone are rude - very short/curt when asked about hot chocolate (they do not have). Mostly talking and yapping and can't be bothered by customers. There really needs to be another bagel place in the area. Disappointed eating a cold bagel right now while I watch the staff socialize.
