  Came to Taco Bell at 1:45 a.m. told me I had to wait 25 minutes to put in a DoorDash order or figure out how to put an online order in. Terrible customer service will never come back to this Taco Bell, obviously we'll go back to other Taco bells but this is a terrible experience and I will tell everyone about it

  It may take a little longer for food to get to your car window, but every time it has been worth it. I think ultimately everyone’s Tbell experience comes down to people who are hired to work there and the time of the day. You kinda have to expect that later at night there will be a difference in service because of tiredness and lack of care by the end of the day. However, this taco bell at later times consistently at least delivers the same higher quality and I will wait an extra 10-15 for good food. That’s just me. Thank god there is actually a normal, good-tasting, and functional Tbell around

  I don’t want to necessarily presume but two separate times I have made the trip to this Taco Bell they have “forgotten” an item that I didn’t discover until I got home. Both times the order was on the recipe correct. This isn’t a hard job. Get it together.
