  I want to give a special shoutout to Lori! My family and I came in with a large order prior to closing. She took our order and she made sure everything was in the bag before we left. Thank you for making it easy to give to everybody by placing the burger tags on the burgers. Thank you to the kitchen staff for making all of our order.

  I placed an order online 40 minutes before close per the hours on Google, and recieved a notification my order wouldn't be prepared prior to close. We arrived to the store to place an order in person (we are only 6 minutes away and tried calling ahead with no answer) incase this was an app issue and everyone was standing in the store and the sign was still on, one person walked out as we parked and shut the open sign off on his way. If this is an hours update issue it needs to be fixed, otherwise this location closing 30 minutes early is unprofessional.

  Lori and her team were so nice and greeted us as we walked in. She made sure our order was checked twice. It was very pleasant and would recommend to anyone.

  The lady at the front taking orders with the bun…very rude and has a nastyyy attitude I just sat back and watched waiting for the attitude to be given to me I don’t play. A man came in and ordered and she was rushing him it showed all in her mannerisms purposely looking back and forth rushing him…she ignores customers he asked what time does it usually take for his food to be done she said “they’re making it right now” with a attitude maybe he had something to do??? He had the right to know the estimate or his order. People like that will forever be stuck in fast food and she herself looks old and miserable nobody should feel scared to order food that’s what your working for that’s why I’m young and making sure my life is together so I won’t be miserable working in fast food and grumpy
