  The speed of service tonight was totally mind blowing. To put it into perspective, I placed a mobile order from the Meijer's parking lot after completing my weekly grocery shopping. Was at the drive thru speaker at 8:05 when my wife called from Marion, OH to say she was on her way home but needed to stop for gas and she still beat me home despite our house being < 5 mins from this McDonald's. After giving my mobile order code and the employee read my name from their system, I was asked to pull forward to the window. It then took another 15-20 minutes to get to the pickup window where I was asked what my order was. I gave my mobile order details again, was given 1 of my drinks and asked to pull forward while my food was prepared. Having a special order (plain double cheeseburger), this seemed a reasonable request. At 8:40, after watching cars move steadily through the drive thru, I tried calling the store to inquire about my order and received no answer. At that point I went inside to ask about it. I once again provided my mobile order number a few times and repeated exactly what was on my order. I did speak with the manager on duty that gave a weak apology stating she was new at this store and still working through some things. She did give me what appears to be an employee reward card for a free meal for my delay admittedly saying that it probably does not make up for my long wait. At 8:54, 49 minutes after providing my order details to someone at the drive thru, I finally had my food (and second drink) and was heading home. I understand a bad night (hence the 2 stars instead of 1), but this was obscenely bad customer service, especially given I was parked where attendant at the window asked me to stay and was in clear sight of the attendant as well as other employees in the front to the store. Essentially ignoring the customer and the phone is not a good look.

  This was the absolute worst experience at this mcdonalds. I placed an order on the app for table delivery at 8:25pm did not get our food till I had to walk up to the counter and ask where our food was at ans the employees had not idea what they were doing. We had to wait almost 25 minutes before our food even arrived. I could have been though the drive though and home in the amount of time we waited tonight. We will skip on this one and go to the one closer to home next time. I do not recommend this mcdonalds. Slow service, clueless employees, didn't even get a smile or a sorry when I had to go back to the counter to get staws and ketchup instead it was that employee saying to someone esle what you cleaned tele lobby but can't stock the straws and ketchup. Also purchased the new kpop happy meal and the employees had no idea where the cards were that were supposed to be in the meal so I went home with a very sad child.
