  Filthy, takes 15 minutes to get your food, and if you need your receipt expect an additional 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you’re waiting for a human, and another 5 to actually get it printed. I’ve never seen such horrible service.

  Waited over 20 minutes in the pick up spot number 5. They served 6 cars in the drive thru that came after I pulled up in my pick up spot. Had to then go inside to get my food. No drinks had to ask for them. Then they gave me the wrong drinks. No sauce for my 20 nuggets. Will not be going back to this location. And my bun was so hard I thru it away and just ate my meat patty.

  This McDonald's never gets the orders right. I go to this exact McDonald's every single morning Monday thru Friday for breakfast, for the past 2 years. From today forward I will drive out of my way to go to the McDonald's on the other side of town. I get tired of wasting my money for something I order and it is wrong. The workers here are always caring on and not paying attention to what you are ordering. And using the app here is another issue. My coworker and I come every morning and will now be going elsewhere. So that is a good amount of money you will be loosing due to this. And the shake machine never works either.

  It seems that they care more about the drive thru than in restaurant patrons.Could have went thru drive thru 5 times. Waited 3 minutes at register to order.They want you to use the kiosks.The worker was looking at me for a minute until I asked if I could order.I ordered a Mcmuffin meal,that's it.Waited 10 mins for my order but drive thru was moving thru just fine. I don't blame the kitchen staff.They seem to work hard.This is management issue.Never come back to this McDonalds.

  I come here because I have a 4 year old who enjoys the play place but every time we come the floor is DIRTY the bathroom is FILTHY....it would take 5 minutes for someone to ACTUALLY SWEEP THE FLOOR a couple times a day...kids are playing it needs to be cleaner !!!.... we'll probably continue to come here because we live across the street and when it's raining or cold she can see some of her little friends and get some energy out.... also the wifi doesn't work anymore
