  Asked where the napkins are, no one looked at me, man just pointed over in a direction. Still had to look for them. Rude employees. Also maybe make your napkins available or put them in my bag??

  Ordered a Vito online, got it home and discovered there was no meat in it, just lettuce and onion. Called and got a sorry, but no offer to make it good. We have gone here quite a few times, so it's a mystery how you can forget the main ingredients.
