I didn’t make any complaints. I was very polite and when I got to the window, the worker was extremely rude. Couldn’t even say hello or greet me or anything just slam the window open and closed in my face between handing me items. As someone who works in customer service i completely understand how busy and unpredictable times can be in these environments. But treating patient and kind customers like they are a bother for just being there is unprofessional, i’ve had many bad expierences here. Definitely don’t recommend this wendy’s.

I have had better experiences and this is the most unprofessional you can get. Closing before your stated online and cancelling an order that you received. Absolute tawdry. I hope this location loses more business.
- DADenise AlexanderOct 15, 20251.0Customer service deplorable starting with the AI taking orders. I ordered a Dave single no cheese, one chocolate chip cookie, and a Frosty swirl. I paid an extra dollar to get the coupon book. They didn’t tell you how much your food was going to be. They got my order wrong at the window where I paid. They got my order wrong at the window for pick up and when I asked for a manager, she was too busy they said. I waited. 23 minutes was running late for work and when I checked my bag, there’s no cookie there is no book that I paid the dollar for. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this particular Wendy’s in eight years! I will not be returning to this Wendy’s ever!! Should this be red hopefully the money that Wendy stole from me by not giving me the food that I paid for will be resolved honestly. Dave would be rolling over in his grave if he knew his store was being run like this!
