  Order not correct, called to get fixed was treated rudely and argued with. Was asked if I wanted my money back and said yes. Then told to come in to figure out with the GM who refused to come to phone. Will never go back! They rob customers here and inconvenience you to try to get fixed!

  I came to pick up a DoorDash order for Andy D at 11:37pm through the drive thru. A male employee was in the middle of telling me to pull to the second window when a female (most likely a manager) cut him off and rudely told me to come inside through the side doors to pick up doordash orders. And I asked if it was just tonight or if the door was unlocked all the time now (because it wasn’t always like that). And she was extremely rude and told me it’s always been like that. Mind you, not a single car in the drive thru. I came inside to get the order. No signs are posted saying it’s unlocked and the lobby hours are posted outside. I take my kids to eat here all the time, but I won’t be coming back to this location. No reason to ever be rude to a customer, much less when you don’t even communicate to your own employees the new procedures for doordash orders after the lobby closes for regular customers, nor have any signs that indicate to come inside after hours. Sincerely, a woman that has six years of restaurant management under her belt.
