They said they would be able to. However, when they gave her the food, a worker took the food back and yelled at her in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and rude. There was no need for that behavior.

- JLJ LAug 25, 20251.0I frequent Wendy's often and this location is all around by far the worst in every possible category. Food quality, customer service, hygiene, professionalism etc... It's just a sign of how terrible Wendy's is becoming. I've stood in line and waited until the point I get impatient and walk out. That should be impossible in any business, if you have a service counter to sell your product it should be staffed during the hours you say it will be open. Losing business must be fun.
