The Manager here, the older gentleman is SO RUDE. He has an attitude speaking to customers and more importantly he is rushing his employees. Someone needs to tell him managing does not mean micro managing.
I barely pulled up to the window and was about to be handed my drinks by the worker before he pushed his way passed him and then asked me to pull forward. This also resulted in the wrong drink order and missing sauce which I fully place the blame on the manager. It is so important to create a good environment for your employees and good moral not being fast with service.

I have been to this Wendy's more than once and Everytime I go the service moves at a snails pace- I went for breakfast once and they told me to pull up... I was the only one there. I proceeded to wait so long (because I had paid) that I was late to work. I actually ended up walking in and asking for my order.
Well today my husband and I pulls into the drive through, yes it was lunch, yes, it was busy, yes I understand you are trying to keep things moving- he orders, I go to ask for what I want and for the life of me I cannot think of the drink I wanted and my meal came with a drink. I am a mom to a baby and I wanted to get milk to give her-
The automated AI system cuts out and a man answers the speaker and says very rudely, "Ma'am, what do we have to do to get you moving?" Excuse me? Sorry I haven't slept in like 2 weeks because my kid is sick and I was trying to feed her (yes Wendy's isn't the best for your kids, we don't go out often, we are running errands today).
My husband gets angry and bless him because he wasn't that rude says, "O heck no!" And pulled out of drive through and just left. There is literally no reason to act like that, a simple, "Excuse me ma'am, is there any way I can help you find what you're looking for?" Would have been so much better. We weren't even holding the line up that bad, we hadn't been there for even like 2 minutes and that's with my husband ordering first-
I know it's fast food and no one wants to work in it, I know customer service sucks especially during rush hours like lunch, but man, I am a person too and I don't deserve to be talked to like that, ESPECIALLY when I wasn't being nasty back.

This is the worst location of Wendy’s in all of Ohio! Every time I go there they are rude and forget HALF OF THE ORDER I got food for my family the total was 50 dollars and half of it was missing DONT GO HERE they need to do something about this because this is everytime I go here
