When we called the staff was completely unapologetic, when I talked to a manager she yelled at me and wouldn't let me even speak for 30 seconds straight so I put her on speaker for my husband and teen to hear. It wasn't normal yelling, my teen said she totally "crashed out" - it was a disturbing and completely meltdown that left me shaken as a customer. I think her name was Jennifer- this manager should be fired in am instant after how she treated us.
