  Excellent service very friendly and more than willing to explain the difference between the similar sandwiches I ended up getting a number 7 toasted it was delicious

  Placed online order since I'm home with a newborn. $15 bucks is a lot for 1 person here but I was looking for a quick meal. It took 37 minutes (not exaggerating, they are 5 min from my house) for them to deliver a sandwich with old nasty looking lettuce. I only noticed because I asked for EZ onion and the brown was so prominant that I thought they onions were caramelized now. It was the lettuce though... Gross. They are refunding me, which is nice, but I would have preferred to eat hence why I spend $15 in the first place 😕

  I spent $36 on 3 incredibly frustrating sandwiches. I ordered them all to be cut in half, they weren’t. I requested napkins with each, no napkins were put in the bag. I asked for mayo on the side, it wasn’t provided. I put names on each of the orders yet they weren’t written on the sandwiches. All 3 sandwiches were so sloppily put together, half of the contents were falling out of the bread. I ordered mustard on mine and so much was put on that it squirted out the end when I took a bite. It ended up getting all over my clothes, hands, and car. Since we weren’t given any napkins, cleaning up was impossible. I reeked of mustard the rest of the evening until I could go home and change, which was disgusting and mortifying. After this experience and reading the other disturbing reviews, I won’t be returning.
