Not only is EVERY staff member friendly and curious (even the males) but they're efficient, fast, usually make it right and by chance it seems off a little they gladly fix it, and costs 40 cents LESS than the 2 located by my house. I have given up on the 2 horrible ones by my house and will ONLY get Dunkin at this location or New Albany from now on. I guess it's a good thing for me I live 25 mins away or I would be ordering Dunkin way too often if I lived near Westerville! Good place to meet friends because the inside or fairly quiet compaired to most coffee places since most people go through the drive thru.
