- FFfoolsNov 20, 20253.0normally i have perfectly fine experiences here, but this time i was pretty disappointed. i didn’t catch her name but the female employee with the hijab had a crazy attitude with me right out of the gate. she didn’t know what she was doing, insisted i couldn’t modify my drink even though i knew i could (from previous orders i’ve done) and when she double checked with her manager/coworker on what she could and couldn’t do, didn’t apologize when she was proven wrong. she rung me up incorrectly and when i told her the price was higher than normal she insisted it was correct even though she had rung me up for a second drink i didn’t order and didn’t apologize when she realized her mistake. just all in all a bad experience. it won’t stop me from coming back but i’d be very disappointed and would consider not coming back if i came back again and had the same experience with that employee. food and drink were fine, same as it always is so my experience had nothing to do with the quality of my order.
