  Our pizza never arrived and when we called the location the manager was rude.

  I replaced the meatballs on the Meatball Sub with Pepperoni instead. I even clicked "Xtra" and paid for that. I got 5 pepperoni. FIVE. Not to mention hardly any cheese. I usually do not complain..AT ALL, but this was absolutely ridiculous here. Who made this and thought to themselves "Yep, looks great! I only put 5 on even though they paid for extra, but 5 will do. Send it out.". There is no way they could think someone wasn't going to complain about that. I'm stuck at work and that was my hot lunch on a 12 hr shift. The manager refunded the money so I will give him that, but it's the principle. Some people rely on deluvery because they cannot leave their job. I hope they talk to whoever made this and maybe even retrain. Doesn't make me too keep to want to order again in fear I won't get to eat lunch again. Super disappointing. Atleast gave 2 starts because I got an Italian Sub and that was okay.

  Felt completely disrespected. Walked in to pickup an order, guy looking right at with liking hair looks at me about 12 times ignores me I’m standing there for 15 minutes, tried to get his attention, still ignored, he’s stacking boxes facing my direction looking a me ignoring me, while my order is right there on there the ledge, he doesn’t say “I’ll be with you in a second” or anything just lets me stand there like an idiot feeling ignored and unwelcome here. Prolly something to do with those earbuds in his ears. Horrible experience.

  Ordered through automated service - find pizza the next morning on the door mat outside- called and called - no one would answer call- doorbell cam shows delivery an hour and 15 mins late - delivery person runs from car to the door drops pizza on the ground and runs back to the car and speeds away- epic fail
