I recommend Dibella’s staff pay attention and double check orders before customers pick them up. It’s annoying to pay for something and then not have it included in order.

One time, they put the wrong meats on the wrong bread on BOTH subs. Another time, we get the subs home (wife works in the area, but we live 10 miles away) and there's no meat at all on one of the subs! Last Friday, I order a Dagwood which is supposed to have corned beef and they put roast beef on it. I called and got my money refunded, great, but I'd rather have my order correct the first time. The crew obviously doesn't read the tickets, or even the ingredient list for the subs they're making - they rarely follow any special instructions, either. Management doesn't care enough about the customers to properly train their employees to prevent these issues..read the other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this. DiBella's should be embarrassed to run a restaurant this way.
