I tried placing an online pickup up order tonight and after multiple attempts I kept receiving an error code that there were technical difficulties and to contact the store. I called into the store and explained the issue and asked if they could honor the online wing bundle since I could order online. The girl on the phone said no and then a guy in the background said its an online exclusive for a reason. We'll obviously its an online deal but you would think since online wasnt working it could be honored instead she continued telling me to place it online. No effort was made to try to find a solution. I then tried placing online again and it said the store wasnt accepting orders. Awful experience found somewhere else to get dinner tonight

I had to go ask for a server. She was ok, but by now the tone was set. Wings were good, burger ok, chicken wrap was ok. Drinks were refilled as we paid our check. Hopefully, next time will be better.

No one was at the counter for me to pick up my order so I figured I would go use the restroom. Using the restroom here was the worst experience I've ever had at a location it was so nasty and dirty under the toilet seat was the worst I have ever seen. Their was a staff member in the bathroom just playing in her hair come to find out she is the one that should be at the take out desk I'm completely over it.I wont be coming back here ever again.
