  We order the ultimate plater choice of 4 n then ordered separately traditional bone-in there is no meat in that bone in wings. not expect from this B-dubs

  Very rude customer service! I tried placing an online pickup up order tonight and after multiple attempts I kept receiving an error code that there were technical difficulties and to contact the store. I called into the store and explained the issue and asked if they could honor the online wing bundle since I could order online. The girl on the phone said no and then a guy in the background said its an online exclusive for a reason. We'll obviously its an online deal but you would think since online wasnt working it could be honored instead she continued telling me to place it online. No effort was made to try to find a solution. I then tried placing online again and it said the store wasnt accepting orders. Awful experience found somewhere else to get dinner tonight

  We were there after the dinner rush and all of the tables had not been cleaned off. My granddaughter cleaned the table with a napkin. Unacceptable!! I had to go ask for a server. She was ok, but by now the tone was set. Wings were good, burger ok, chicken wrap was ok. Drinks were refilled as we paid our check. Hopefully, next time will be better.

  Came here to pick up my order. Everyone standing around on their phones. No one was at the counter for me to pick up my order so I figured I would go use the restroom. Using the restroom here was the worst experience I've ever had at a location it was so nasty and dirty under the toilet seat was the worst I have ever seen. Their was a staff member in the bathroom just playing in her hair come to find out she is the one that should be at the take out desk I'm completely over it.I wont be coming back here ever again.

  I came in here yesterday with my friends, which was crazy bc we were in the parking lot picking between Dave’s and bdubs and I was riding for bdubs. Our waitress was mean to me from the start when I ordered a drink that needed my I.D. I know I look young and don’t look my age so she looked at it for awhile. I know she was just doing her job and I don’t have a problem with that, but after she wasn’t very nice. It was Sunday and there was a lot of sports playing so it was loud, and when I was telling her my order, she rudely told me she couldn’t hear me. My friends and I gave her back the menus after ordering and we all said thank you, she said you’re welcome to the both of them except me. And she only asked them if they needed their cups refilled when mine was also clearly running low too. I understand everyone has bad days but I wasn’t rude to her in anyway for her to treat me like that. I believe her name was Chanel.
