- NJNate Jackowski3 days ago1.0Went there Thursday 4/9 around 7:45/8pm. Walked in to two employees visibly upset there were customers coming in. The guy doing rice and protein was barely putting half a scoop into the bowls. I watched 6 people in front of me ask for me. I ordered 3 tacos and one taco literally had two little pieces of chicken on it, asked for more and he said “double chicken?” No, not double chicken just a reasonable amount. Then, the check out person said they were out of chips. I watched her get chips for customers ahead of me from the back. There was a bowl back there she was filling bags with. The bowl still had chips in it, she simply just didn’t feel like getting them at this point of the night. If I want chipotle again, will happily drive to the other Westerville location over this place.

I am still getting used to remembering to ask that food be prepared safely, especially when ordering online. I almost always remember but did not in this instance. As a matter of fact, I did not remember until I was there to pick up the order. That they had already made. Not only did they happily remake it, but I was impressed that they were trained in understanding celiac disease. I did not have to explain anything. We typically go to another Chipotle, but this will definitely be our go to now. THANK YOU for the excellent customer service and amazing food!!!

This is the second time we’ve been there and they had absolutely no vegetables to go on your burrito or on your rice. I am filing a complaint with yelp Google and Facebook and I sure as heck hope that they go under.
