  Went in there for lunch today with my kids and mother. The girl working the counter asked me what I wanted. I asked for a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese. When she pulled the bread out it was completely dark brown almost black on top so I knew it was burnt but I continued to order. I wanted a pizza sub so I asked her to put pepperonis and then very light sauce and provolone cheese. She put the sauce on first which makes the bread completely soggy. And that's not what I asked for. But again I was going to still try to eat it and I wanted it toasted but once I realized how burnt the bread was I wasn't sure that I wanted it toasted. She was very short with me and when I complained about the sauce being put on first she told me that that is how they have to do that. Mind you every Subway I've ever went to has allowed me to have the pepperonis put down first and then the sauce so it doesn't get soggy. My mother mentioned how burnt the bread was and she refused to agree with us that it was burnt or replaced the bread. All four of us had to walk out because we were not paying for a burnt sandwich. She got upset with us and asked us if we wanted anything else. She was completely rude and had no customer service skills. Will not be returning.

  Ordered online....husband got there and had to ask about cookies we ordered "oh I forgot" not to mention they had none of the cookies we ordered. She gave my money back for the cookies and shorted us a dollar....a dollar isn't much but if she cheats everyone out of a dollar...she could make some money by the end of the day. The bread my sandwich was on was so hard I couldn't even eat the bread.. Last but not least I paid for extra tuna and didn't get it 😡

  Ordered online just to show up saying they never received any order but there was sure no problem to take my money just trash
