  Picked up carry out at this restaurant on March 23 8 o’clock P.m. went inside to order my food Ordered carry out from the kiosk inside the restaurant picked up our order from the counter went to make our drinks and they were out of Pepsi in the carrier fountain and the restaurant fountain. The only other offers to drink or Mountain Dew products and lemonade. I do not like Mountain Dew and I don’t think lemonade taste very good with Mexican food. I said why didn’t you tell us there wasn’t Pepsi available when we were ordering the reply was drink Mountain Dew products. I asked for a refund I was told I was not able to get a refund. I could not believe how rude they were to me when I asked for the refund. They told me if I’m so worried about my two dollars I need to go to church and get my food for free. I was called a Karen. I was totally insulted and abused in front of other customers And they threatened to call the police on me. I would’ve stayed and let them call the police on me, but I had people waiting for me at home for some food. I am appalled at how I was treated and the employees there have a very very negative attitude as a matter of fact, I’m afraid to eat my food because if that’s how they feel about their customers what are they doing to the food that we are eating? I am doing to use every resource I can to report these people. I don’t need to walk out of a fast food restaurant with tears in my eyes I worked very hard for my money and yes, being gypped out of $2.79 is a lot of money to me. I’m glad they make so much money serving food at Taco Bell they can afford to give money away. All they had to do was explain why they couldn’t give a refund and gave us a phone number to call about the refund.

  Had a decent experience recently when I was in West Chester meeting some dude off of Grindr. After the b&g I left his place and got some Taco Bell on my way home to Dayton. I got two of those Chipotle ranch burrito stacker things. I feel like the crew hooked me up. I was very pleased with my food. I rated only three stars because well.. it's Taco Bell.

  Awful fir actually reading an online order. Nothing was right, there was no meat on the crunch wrap, no steak but 1 small piece on the steak burrito, asked for no red sauce on the bean burrito and that's about all we got wax red sauce and freaking onions what happened to the beans and steak and taco meat? This crap looks like baby poo tbh, it was disgusting couldn't eat it, and when I called of course nobody answers the call!!!!!!

  Just came through the drive thru at about 7:50 pm. Ordered four crunchy tacos ... They had about an inch amount of beef, lettuce & cheese in them...mostly, they were empty taco shells! Seriously!!
