  I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Sonic location while picking up a DoorDash order. We waited over 30 minutes for an order that should have been quick and straightforward, only to be told it was essentially “forgotten” and never brought out. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no accountability from the staff. As a delivery driver, time is money, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable—not just for me, but for the customer who was left waiting as well. A simple check or basic organization would have prevented this entire situation. This level of service shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for both customers and delivery drivers. If this is how orders are handled regularly, it’s no surprise people get frustrated. I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve efficiency and accountability, because this experience was a complete waste of time.

  This facility deserves no stars really. I went through the drive thru at 7:60pm. I seem the cashier walk away with my credit card and sat there and watch the manager walk back to him then another worker. It was a very long checkout for just 2 easy items. Also it made me feel very uncomfortable as well. They disnt give me a receipt at all and i was waiting for it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU GO INSIDE AND CAN SEE YOUR BANK CARD THROUGH CHARGING IT AND THEN BACK IN YOUR PURSE OR WALLET. I have already called the support line as soon as i left too.

  I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me over the speaker. I drove to the window thinking that it was broken but there was someone at the window so I left. I won't be coming back.

  Went today and waited quite a bit for the drive thru line to move. When it was my turn to order I waited 3 minutes to order. After I pulled around ( 2 cars ahead of me) I waited over 15 mins. Then I got to the window, the young man was busy laughing and joking with someone I didn't see, he took my card towards the back of the restaurant out of my view. Then I waited over 5 minutes for my food. When I got the food the tots were room temp. Then when I got home and opened the coney there was almost no chili and the hot dog was burnt beyond recognition. Won't be going back
