Mildly annoying, but when quick ask at the counter for vanilla coke, not only did they actually bring it out to me, they fixed the machine right then and there. Far too often, telling staff places something is wrong gets thanked but ultimately solved much later. They took care of it RIGHT NOW, and that says something. On top of that, the fries were fresh and the order was good. Thank you guys for giving me some hope in fast food restaurants. You are a great example.

No reason to be rude. We were very respectful the whole time and the employees, even the management team, had an attitude with us the whole time. We felt so disrespected that we canceled our order. They need to smile a little bit.

When I got home I started to drink my Unsweetened ice tea that I ordered but it was SWEETENED which I couldn't drink. I didn't want to go back so I tried to call them twice but no answer. Yesterday was a busy day & I forgot to call them until today when I saw a Wendy's commercial on tv. I called & told the lady about what happened on Friday. She didn't offer an apology but kept saying "I'm flabbergasted that you didn't call yesterday" "Why didn't you call yesterday?" "What do you want? Another drink? "Yes I do & I forgot to call" Whatever happened to a little bit of common courtesy & customer service which goes a long way? Wendys, you can't keep customers when they're treated this way! Not cool!
