I asked for the order lady said we don't have Veggie Patty and it's discontinued, that is ok. But if discontinued then why was it allowing me to place the order through app for the same location? I asked for refund and cancel the order before the time of pickup, even order was not started yet, but still she refused and asked me to cancel the order online via app since I placed it. But on the app you cannot cancel the order once placed, have to call that particular location to void the transaction and cancel the order before it's made. But that lady wasn't ready to listen and kept on saying I can't cancel your order. Very poor customer service and on top of that she was constantly watching reels or on the video chat. I would strongly request others to verify the availability of the items before placing order through Subway app at this location.
