    I have multiple family members who all have the same complaint about this place. They struggle to get your order correct. It's an absolute lock that your order will be wrong in some way.

    Skyline on Cincinnati Dayton West Chester has gone to hell since new management. The place was extremely dirty, and saw them using same gloves doing garbage and then touching food. Girls talking and just hanging out instead of cleaning.

    We’ve had pretty bad luck lately at this location. We stopped by last week after a long day of traveling and went through the drive through. Both our large 4 ways were missing onions and had only one small bag of cheese for each. The three way we got was missing and had to go back through the drive through line, and then upon getting home I had realized it had hardly any chili on it, it was dry. While the employee was bagging the coney it looked like she dropped it and was confirmed when I got home and it was completely flipped in the container. Ended up calling the store and speaking to the manager and she gave us a a credit for next time. Well tonight was the next time and it was just as bad. Got home and saw that we were completely missing the chili cheese fries and had to drive back to the store to get them. The large 3 way had almost nothing in the container. There was only one small bag of cheese given for two 3 ways. The buns on the coneys were stale. Just really disappointed yet again.
