I placed the order so it would be delivered to me by 5:30 PM so we could eat before taking our child trick or treating. A little before 6 PM I still didn't have my order. I called them to figure out what was going on the female manager I spoke with was extremely rude right off the bat. Then kept making excuses about how it is their busiest day of the year. She then said my pizza was only just now going into the oven and it would be another 30 minutes before I would get my order. Mind you the whole time she was being rude and making excuses. Finally I asked to speak to someone else if she was going to continue to be rude. She put a man on the phone who was also rude and said well do you want the food or not. I can cancel the order. I canceled the order because of their crappy attitudes and terrible customer service. Also because it would have made my 3 year old miss trick or treat. They should have better customer service and hire better managers. They are terrible.
